General Answers
  1. How much are your products?
    Pricing for our various products can be found in the product comparison table.

  2. Where can I download one of your products?
    Exgis Mileage Tracker, Time Tracker, Expense Tracker, Lite and Pro versions are available exclusively on BlackBerry App World.

  3. Do your products work on my BlackBerry?
    Our products have been tested by Research In Motion and will work on a wide range of BlackBerry® smartphones. Please refer to our product guides for more information.

  4. How do I export or email my data?
    All our applications in the App World can export and email data. You will need to export your data before it can be emailed. The guide below shows how:
    1. Highlight the tab of the data that you wish to export. (ie. Select to the expense tab to export expenses. Select the mileage tab to export mileage.)
    2. Click on the BlackBerry key and select  Export from the menu. The Export Page will appear
    3. Choose the date range of the data you wish to export
    4. Choose the location to save the data (ie. Device Memory). Note: if you do not see an option here make sure that your BlackBerry is not connected to your computer via USB cable
    5. Click Export to save the data
    6. An email menu will now appear. If you wish to email the exported data, click Yes
    7. The email screen will appear with the data file attached. Type in your email address and send

  5. Why don't I see the "1" on my BlackBerry Storm while in potrait mode?
    This is an issue with the BlackBerry Storm OS. Please upgrade to firmware 4.7.0.90 or later. Otherwise, you can tilt the Storm to landscape mode to see the "1".

  6. I updated my BlackBerry OS and now all my data is gone. What do I do?
    All current versions of Exgis apps in the BlackBerry App World support backup and restore via Desktop Manager. To ensure that your data is backed up during a BlackBerry OS upgrade, make sure that you have the latest version of the application. To check for an upgrade, open App World and go to the My World section. From the menu select "Log In". This will refresh your list of purchased apps. From "My World" you may have to view the details of the app to see whether there is an upgrade option.

  7. I changed my BlackBerry device. How do I download your product again from BlackBerry App World? I don't want to pay twice!
    You will be able to download Exgis products from the App World again without paying. Here's how to do it:
    1. Open up BlackBerry App World
    2. Go to "My World"
    3. Hit the BlackBerry key and select "Log In"
    4. Key in your paypal details.
    5. All your apps should now reappear and you can reinstall them
